The Undying Kingdom

The Undying Kingdom is the governmental body which effectively rules the High Forest, and which claims sovereignty over all elves, including dark elves, though the latter point is subject to some dispute.

The Undying Kingdom is ruled by the Undying Court, which represents the power of the Undying Queen, an elusive and rarely-seen person in whom all executive, legislative, and judicial power is ultimately vested.
